Fabricates
Flat Bottom, Conical Roof storage tanks as per
a)
API 650: operating temperature 110°C and operating
pressure: 2.5 PSI g max.
b) API 620: operating temperature 110°C and operating
pressure of 14.7 PSI g max in gas/vapor spaces.
Necessary mechanical design and fabrication drawings
are prepared for customer's prior approval. Tanks are
fabricated in both Mild Steel and various stainless
steel Grades: SS 304, SS 304 L and SS 316 L. Welding
can be carried out either by Electric Arc or Argon Arc
as per customers requirements.
Whenever
corrosion is expected at weld joints , special
care is taken during TIG welding, ensuring microstructure
free from carbide precipitation. Micro-structure
testing assignments can be given to any reputed
laboratory. NDT tests include dye-penetration
testing of weld joints, spot radiography/Microstructure
test and water fill test with sweet water.
PRESSURE
VESSEL
Shiryan
specialises in design , drawing and fabrication
of Pressure vessels.
These
include:
1.
Vessels with dished ends.
2. Vessels with jacket.
3. Vessels with limpet coil.
These
vessels operate at high pressures, high temperature
or vacuum. Necessary design calculations as
per ASME code , section VIII, Division I are
carried out.
These pressure vessels are either in carbon steel,
SA516 Gr70 or equivalent material or in stainless
steel. Necessary radiography of circumferential
and longitudinal weld joints is carried out by
third party inspection agency. Necessary documentation
like design procedure , material test certificate
RT/UT, dimensional inspection WPS/WPQR is carried
out.The pre-qualified welders are capable of X-ray/microstructure
grade welding skills, both in electrode &
TIG welding. Design can be also carried out as
per standard software for Pressure vessel design.
